Katke weekday walking: $20 初级 率If they are a gold or platinum affiliate: They can pay an additional fee to add their child (14 -21) as a gold or platinum. They would then receive the respective 率 for gold or platinum. If they did not pay for their child, they would fall into the 初级 率 以上类别.
